Debian GNU/Linux 4.0 updated

By   |  August 19, 2007

The Debian project last week issued fixes for the stable Debian GNU/Linux 4.0, codenamed Etch.

The update mainly adds corrections for security problems to the stable release, along with a few adjustment to serious problems. The first update also corrects a few important issues that have been noticed too late in the release process, the team said in an emailed announcement.

The update includes corrections to the apache2, debootstrap, the epiphany-browser and gnome-mount.

Details of all changes can be found here and here.
