Idlelo OSS conference looking for speakers

The organisers of the Idlelo Open Source conference taking place in Cape Town in January 2004 have put out a call for papers. The conference, which will include a number of plenary sessions as well as a series of parallel workshops as well as a hackathon, will be hosted by, among others, the Free Software and Open Source Foundation for Africa(Fossfa) and the, United Nations Economic Commission for Africa.

The organisers are looking for presenters that are able to address one of the following topics:
Open Source and Open Content in government , Open Source and Open Content in health, Open Source and Open Content in education and research, Open Source and Open Content in business or Open source methodologies and tools

Abstracts can be submitted through the http://idlelo.uwc.ac.za website. Considered papers will be 20 minutes long with 5 minutes for questions.
