Fedora 11 alpha suffers slight setback

By   |  February 3, 2009

The planned alpha release of Fedora 11 has been delayed by a few days because of Anaconda and NFS bugs, according to developers.

The Fedora 11 alpha release was scheduled for today (February 3) but last-minute bugs have set the team back. The intitial bug was a problem with checkboxes in the Anaconda graphical interface. But shortly afterwards the team also found another bug which prevented installations from NFS.

The Fedora release team says, however, that things are still on track and the bugs should set them back by just a few days.
